Returns and Refunds

At Ultimate Fabrication Supplies, we aim to provide quality products and reliable service. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to help resolve it quickly and fairly.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where applicable.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change of mind on unused items in original condition and packaging. Change of mind returns are assessed at our discretion.

Return shipping costs for change of mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in original condition unless the item is faulty.

Products that have been installed, modified, welded, damaged, or used may not be eligible for return.

Custom made, cut, or special order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Requesting a Return

If you need to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we’ll send through return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
