  4. Payment: If you're happy with the quote and would like to proceed with the custom order, we'll send you an invoice with the total cost of the order. Once payment is received, we'll begin working on your custom order.
  5. Delivery: We'll keep you updated throughout the process, and once your custom order is complete, we'll ship it to you using our standard shipping options. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Custom Order Requirements:

  • All custom orders must be within our capabilities and comply with New Zealand laws and regulations.
  • We require a minimum lead time of 2-4 weeks for custom orders, depending on the complexity of the order and availability of materials.
  • We may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total cost of the custom order before we begin working on it.
